Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 18 years or older.
- Newly diagnosed with a gynecological cancer (ovarian, tubal, peritoneal, uterine, cervical, vaginal, vulvar, or gestational trophoblastic neoplasia) and currently receiving treatment.
- Able to understand and comply with study procedures for the entire study.
- Able to understand and willing to sign a written informed consent document.
- Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) status less than 4.
- Willing to participate and wear an activity tracker (FitBit).
- Planning to start systemic treatment or currently receiving Cycle 1 of systemic treatment.
You will not qualify if you...
- Medically ineligible or having contraindications to exercise or any study-related procedure as determined by their oncologist.
- Cognitive or visual impairments limiting use of the digital health platform unless assisted by a caregiver.
- Performing more than 210 minutes per week of moderate to vigorous exercise at baseline.
- Currently enrolled in another exercise or physical therapy program.
- Inability to speak and read English.
