Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 20 to 89 years
- Women who can have children must confirm they are not pregnant before joining and agree to use birth control during the study
- Must be able to do resistance training as judged by exercise staff or study doctor
- Must be cleared as safe to exercise by study exercise personnel and EOC staff
- Those not safe for the exercise program will be referred to physical therapy or other care
You will not qualify if you...
- Severe arthritis, joint, heart, or muscle problems that prevent safe participation in the exercise program
