Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 20 to 89 years
- Women with biopsy-proven ductal carcinoma in situ or invasive carcinoma of the breast
- Completed treatment for breast cancer including surgery, radiation, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or hormonal therapy
- Immunotherapy or targeted agent usage allowed
- Able to safely participate in group resistance training
You will not qualify if you...
- Currently receiving cytotoxic chemotherapy for breast cancer
- Unable to safely participate in group resistance training as determined by the study principal investigator
- Severe arthritic, joint, cardiovascular, or musculoskeletal conditions that make resistance training unsafe
