Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Healthy woman aged 45 to 65 years (inclusive)
- Postmenopausal status defined as no menstrual periods for at least 12 consecutive months
- Vaginal dryness intensity score of 4 or higher on a 0-10 Visual Analogue Scale
- Menopause Rating Scale score of 16 or higher
- Signed and dated informed consent provided
- Willing to comply with all study procedures and available for the study duration
- Willing to maintain usual lifestyle habits including diet, physical activity, and alcohol consumption
- Ability to speak French
You will not qualify if you...
- Use of systemic hormonal therapy within the past 3 months
- Use of dietary supplements, herbal products, or over-the-counter remedies for menopausal symptoms within 4 weeks prior to screening
- Use of vaginal hormonal treatments within 4 weeks prior to screening
- History of hormone-dependent cancers
- History of hysterectomy or removal of both ovaries
- Current alcohol dependence or consumption exceeding 14 standard drinks per week
- Current use of illicit drugs or recent drug dependence
- Current or past eating disorders affecting safety or study outcomes
- Presence of severe or uncontrolled chronic or acute medical conditions interfering with assessments or safety
- Participation in another intervention trial
