Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 18 years or older
- Female gender
- Plasma samples can be obtained during a 3-year follow-up
- Fully understand the study and voluntarily sign informed consent
- Able to cooperate with hospital visits for 3-year follow-up
- ECOG physical fitness score of 0 or 1
- Life expectancy of 5 years or more
- Histopathology confirmed primary breast cancer of any molecular type
- Planned radical breast cancer resection
- Undergoing postoperative adjuvant or preoperative neoadjuvant therapy
You will not qualify if you...
- Pregnant or breastfeeding
- Serious mental illness or drug abuse
- Unable to obtain plasma samples during study period
- Non-primary malignant breast tumor diagnosed within 5 years before enrollment
- Suspected non-breast malignant tumors on imaging without pathological confirmation within past year
- Clinical suspicion of distant metastatic lesions
- Received blood product infusion therapy within past 30 days
- Known carriers of pathogenic genetic mutations
