Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Aged 18 years or older
- Meet the 2010 International League Against Epilepsy (ILAE) criteria for drug-resistant epilepsy
- Have had epilepsy for at least 2 years with an average of 2 or more seizures per month in the 3 months before enrollment
- Have taken two or more anti-epileptic drugs adequately with no treatment plan changes during the trial
- Able to cooperate and complete treatment and related examinations
- Patient and family understand and voluntarily sign informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Currently experiencing continuous epileptic seizures
- Have severe infections, cerebrovascular diseases, malignant tumors, or severe dysfunction of heart, liver, kidney, or other organs
- Have mental disorders or uncorrectable high blood sugar
- On long-term corticosteroid treatment
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Have contraindications to PET, MRI, or EEG exams
- Have ferromagnetic metal implants or high fever
- Participating in other clinical trials simultaneously
- Patient or family withdraws informed consent
