Exploring the Clinical Application Value of CAIX-Targeted PET Imaging in Renal Cancer Patients
Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Voluntary participation with ability to sign informed consent
- Adults aged between 18 and 75 years, any gender
- Clinically suspected or confirmed primary kidney cancer (including clear cell, papillary, and chromophobe renal cell carcinoma) with agreement to histopathological examination if not yet done
- Enhanced CT scan performed within 2 weeks before enrollment
- ECOG performance status score of 0 to 3
- Laboratory tests showing ALT and AST not exceeding 3 times upper limit of normal; BUN and creatinine not exceeding 1.5 times upper limit
- Hematological parameters within specified ranges: WBC 2x10^9/L to 2x10^10/L, platelets ≥80x10^9/L, hemoglobin ≥80 g/L
- Willingness and ability to comply with follow-up visits, treatments, and laboratory exams
You will not qualify if you...
- Pregnant or breastfeeding women; women of childbearing age must confirm pregnancy status during screening
- Unable or unwilling to sign the informed consent form
- Acute systemic diseases or electrolyte imbalances
- Inability to complete PET/CT exam (such as inability to lie flat, claustrophobia, or radiophobia)
- Factors judged by researchers to indicate poor compliance or unsuitability for the study
