Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Diagnosis of nodal and extranodal Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma or High Grade B Cell Lymphoma (including low-grade transformed, double and triple hit, 11q aberration, not otherwise specified) after January 1, 2019
  • Presence of one MYC translocation or gain of copies (more than 3 copies in over 30% of nuclei) or amplification evaluated by FISH
  • Availability of immunohistochemical analysis for CD10, Bcl6, MUM1, Bcl2, Myc, Ki67
  • Have received curative first-line treatment such as R-CHOP, R DA EPOCH, or intensified "Burkitt like" chemotherapy
  • Histological material of adequate size and quality for review and additional testing; FFPE block must be provided
  • Age between 18 and 79 years
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Primary lymphomas of the central nervous system, plasmablastic lymphoma, Burkitt's lymphoma, or primary mediastinal B lymphoma
  • Have received palliative treatment
