Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients of either gender, ages 18-75 (including 18 and 75)
- ECOG Performance Status of 0 or 1
- Confirmed solid tumor diagnosis by histopathology or cytology
- At least one primary or metastatic lesion confirmed by imaging
- Availability of tumor tissue samples showing more than 1% target expression
- Willingness to participate, sign informed consent, and comply with study procedures
- Women of childbearing potential must have a negative pregnancy test and agree to use effective contraception until 3 months after drug administration
You will not qualify if you...
- Unable to complete a PET/CT scan (e.g., cannot lie flat, claustrophobia, fear of radiation)
- Received radiopharmaceuticals recently without sufficient discontinuation period
- Participation in other clinical trials within the past 3 months or plans to participate during the study
- Presence of acute systemic diseases or electrolyte disorders
- Known allergy to RT01 contrast agent or its components
- Poor adherence as judged by researchers
- Pregnant or breastfeeding
- Other factors making participation unsuitable as determined by investigators
