Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 18 to 90 years
- Male or female
- Have a clear indication for robotic urologic surgery, including localized prostate cancer suitable for robotic radical prostatectomy or benign prostate diseases suitable for robotic simple prostatectomy
- Diagnosis confirmed by clinical exam, imaging, or pathology before surgery
- Primary diagnosis of urinary system disease and prostate disorders scheduled for robotic surgery
- Lack routine access to robotic surgery and agree to participate
- Mentally capable of understanding the study protocol
You will not qualify if you...
- Deemed unsuitable for robotic surgery due to high perioperative risk, including uncontrolled cardiovascular, pulmonary, or metabolic disease
- Severe anesthetic risk classified as ASA Class IV or higher
- Enrolled in another interventional study that may affect surgical safety or outcomes
- Unwilling or unable to comply with the perioperative and follow-up schedule
- Vulnerable populations including minors under 18 years, prisoners, or cognitively impaired individuals
