Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients diagnosed with craniostenosis linked to FGFR signaling, achondroplasia, hypochondroplasia, osteogenesis imperfecta, or Pierre Robin sequence (with or without anatomical markers)
- Patients who have consented to the storage of biological samples in relevant collections such as Chondroplasia and craniostenosis, Constitutional Bone Diseases, or Developmental anomalies
- Patients who have undergone craniofacial imaging (CT or MRI) as part of their care
- Control patients seen at Genetics, Pediatrics, or Maxillofacial Surgery Departments at Necker without the above pathologies
- Control patients who have undergone genome sequencing and consented to biological sample storage in the Infectious Diseases collection
- Control patients who have had craniofacial imaging (CT or MRI) as part of their care

- Patients or their parents who oppose the reuse of their medical data for this study
