Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Confirmed multiple sclerosis diagnosis of any subtype
- Score of 4 or higher on the Fatigue Severity Scale
- Able to fluently speak and read English
- 18 years of age or older
- Able to follow study procedures and complete self-report measures
- Willing to have therapy sessions audiotaped for quality review
- Experienced fatigue for 3 or more months
You will not qualify if you...
- Multiple sclerosis relapse within the last 30 days
- Change in disease modifying medications within the prior 3 months
- Current suicidal thoughts with intent or plan
- Currently receiving psychotherapy for fatigue
- Participating in another research study that may affect fatigue (e.g., mood, exercise, diet)
