Age: 18Years +
All Genders

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Confirmed multiple sclerosis diagnosis of any subtype
  • Score of 4 or higher on the Fatigue Severity Scale
  • Able to fluently speak and read English
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Able to follow study procedures and complete self-report measures
  • Willing to have therapy sessions audiotaped for quality review
  • Experienced fatigue for 3 or more months
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Multiple sclerosis relapse within the last 30 days
  • Change in disease modifying medications within the prior 3 months
  • Current suicidal thoughts with intent or plan
  • Currently receiving psychotherapy for fatigue
  • Participating in another research study that may affect fatigue (e.g., mood, exercise, diet)
