Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Youth aged 6 to 17 years
- English-speaking and/or Spanish-speaking youth
- Currently receiving services at San Francisco General Hospital
- Publicly insured youth
- Involved caregiver or legal guardian able to provide consent
- Family has access to a mobile phone
You will not qualify if you...
- Youth who do not speak English or Spanish
- Caregiver with impairment preventing informed consent
- Unavailable guardian for consent
