Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age �38; 18 years
- Diagnosis of any glioma based on clinical and radiographic evidence
- Diagnosis of metastatic brain tumor of any primary origin
- Diagnosis of epileptic focus requiring surgical resection
- Planned neurosurgical biopsy or resection of suspected or diagnosed brain tumor or epileptic focus
- Willing to undergo neurosurgical procedure at Mayo Clinic (Rochester, Minnesota)
- Ability to understand and sign informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Pregnant women, prisoners, or mentally handicapped individuals
- Patients not suitable for surgery due to current or past medical history or uncontrolled illness
