Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Adults aged 18 years or older
- Congenital tracheal deformities with severe clinical symptoms requiring treatment
- Acquired tracheal stenosis with severe clinical symptoms requiring treatment
- Tracheal injury or tissue defect from trauma or burns needing surgical repair
- Tracheal tumors requiring reconstruction after tumor removal
You will not qualify if you...
- Unable to provide informed consent
- Pulmonary tumors treatable with standard lobectomy
- Locally invasive tumors that cannot be surgically removed
- Contralateral lymph node metastasis
- Distant metastasis except solitary resectable brain metastasis
- Tracheal lesions treatable with standard resection and direct anastomosis
- Preoperative evaluation shows inability to undergo standard lobectomy
- Infection with HIV or other immunodeficiency disorders
- Conditions interfering with trial conduct including severe cardiopulmonary, liver, kidney dysfunction, poorly controlled diabetes, high-risk groups, or pregnancy
- Concerns about potential risks of the trial
