Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Subject must be 219 years or older.
- Able to verbally confirm understanding of risks, benefits, and alternatives of invasive evaluation and PCI with a drug-eluting stent and provide written informed consent.
- Suspected ischemic heart disease.
- Coronary artery diameter narrowing of 50-90% by angiography suitable for stent implantation.
- Target vessel size 2.5 mm or larger by visual estimation.
You will not qualify if you...
- Known allergy or contraindication to Heparin, Aspirin, Clopidogrel, Prasugrel, or Ticagrelor.
- Active bleeding.
- Major gastrointestinal or genitourinary bleeding within the last 3 months.
- History of bleeding disorders or blood clotting problems.
- Other serious medical conditions with life expectancy under 2 years.
- Target lesion in a coronary bypass graft.
- Left main coronary artery narrowing of 50% or more.
- Complete blockage of the target vessel.
- Culprit lesion from ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI).
- Not eligible for angiography-derived FFR due to certain artery conditions or poor image quality.
