Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Prediabetes based on HbA1c
- Age between 18 and 39 years
- Live near the Tulsa metro area
- Ability to access and use a compatible smartphone
- Proficient in English
You will not qualify if you...
- Suspected eating disorder
- Current use of glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists
- Food allergies or intolerances
- Currently pregnant or breastfeeding
