Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Prediabetes based on HbA1c
  • Age between 18 and 39 years
  • Live near the Tulsa metro area
  • Ability to access and use a compatible smartphone
  • Proficient in English
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Suspected eating disorder
  • Current use of glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists
  • Food allergies or intolerances
  • Currently pregnant or breastfeeding
