Eligibility Criteria

- Be a patient at Children's Hospital Los Angeles
- Be between 15 and 20 years old at enrollment
- Take at least one oral medication daily for a chronic health condition
- Speak English
- Have enough cognitive ability to participate in consent and study procedures
You will not qualify if you...
History of severe allergic reactions to study medication Currently pregnant or breastfeeding Recent participation in another clinical trial within the last 30 days Presence of uncontrolled medical conditions that could affect safety
