- Participants seen preoperatively before surgery for primary malignant bone tumor or primary malignant soft tissue tumor
- Adult orthopedic oncology patients
- Stratified by diagnosis of primary malignant bone tumor and primary malignant soft tissue tumor

- Non-English speakers who cannot read or write in English
