Primary objective \- To study the stability of different phenotypes and endotypes of asthma at 3, 5, and 7 years of follow-up and - in MEGA COHORT and in patients on biologic treatment Secondary objective(s) * To study biomarkers variation post-treatment in patients with and without Nasal Polyposis * To demonstrate the existence of different subtypes of eosinophils that may be phenotypically and functionally heterogeneous * To increase the number of patients in the cohort on biologic treatment to reach at least 900 (400 over the current cohort).

Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Adults aged 18 to 80 years with asthma, with or without nasal polyposis, diagnosed based on GINA guidelines including clinical symptoms and lung function tests
- Already being followed in the MEGA asthma cohort
- Willing to participate and able to provide signed informed consent
- For biologic treatment group: adults 18 to 80 years with uncontrolled asthma meeting criteria for biologic therapy, including specific lung function and symptom scores, and relevant treatment history
- Patients already followed in the biologic treatment cohort
- Willing to participate and able to provide signed informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or other lung diseases affecting lung function
- Presence of comorbid diseases that could interfere with study evaluation, such as psychiatric disorders
- Participation in other clinical trials
- Inability to understand the study's purpose
