Researchers are collecting information from adults newly diagnosed with Immune Thrombocytopenia (ITP) or Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia (AIHA) in France to better understand these conditions. This registry tracks clinical features and looks at how treatments are used in real-world settings, including how well patients follow treatment guidelines. The study is observational and does not involve specific treatments but focuses on gathering data over time. Participants are adults with recent diagnoses of ITP or AIHA or who have just started a related medication called Fosfamatinib. Since this is a registry, there are no assigned treatment groups or interventions. The study collects ongoing information on patients' health events, treatment responses, and any side effects they may experience, aiming to assess treatment risks and benefits in everyday medical practice. During the study, researchers gather data at the start and throughout follow-up visits up to 15 years. They monitor how the diseases progress, treatment lines, adherence to management guidelines, and any adverse drug reactions or bleeding events. This long-term observation helps provide a comprehensive view of these conditions and their management in adults. Participation duration can extend up to 15 years depending on follow-up.
