What this Trial Is About
The specific aims of the clinical studies are to: * Develop a directional high-resolution OCT and OCT angiography prototype to improve imaging of structure and perfusion. * Validate wide-field OCT and OCT angiography parameters to improve early glaucoma detection. * Simulate visual field results by combining structural and angiography OCT data. * Assess abilities of above technologies and OCT-derived parameters on predicting glaucoma detection, conversion, and progression.

- Normal visual field test results within specified limits
- Intraocular pressure below 21 mm Hg
- Central corneal thickness greater than 500 microns
- No chronic use of corticosteroids
- Open eye angle with at least 75% grade 2 or higher by Shaffer's system
- Normal optic nerve head and nerve fiber layer appearance with cup/disc ratio 0.5 or less
- Symmetric optic nerve head between both eyes with cup/disc ratio difference less than 0.2
- For glaucoma group: visible optic nerve head or nerve fiber layer defects such as rim thinning, hemorrhage, notch, or significant cup/disc ratio difference
- Presence or absence of visual field defects as measured by Humphrey visual field testing
You will not qualify if you...
- Best-corrected visual acuity less than 20/40
