- Over 18 years of age
- Diagnosis of gastro-entero-pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasm confirmed by histology or positive PET-CT with 68Ga-peptides
- Availability of sufficient tissue from surgery for organoid culture preparation
- Signed written informed consent
