The purpose of this study is to try to understand the biology of development of breast, ovarian, fallopian tube, peritoneal or endometrial cancer from persons at high genetic risk for these diseases. The influence of environmental factors on cancer development in individuals and families will be studied. The efficacy of treatments for these diseases will be evaluated.

Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Women at high risk for breast or ovarian cancer due to a known germline mutation in BRCA1, BRCA2, PTEN, CDH1, or TP53 genes, or with a strong family history of these cancers without a known mutation
- Women approaching surgery for removal of a pelvic mass considered suspicious for cancer, regardless of mutation status
You will not qualify if you...
History of severe allergic reactions to study medication Currently pregnant or breastfeeding Recent participation in another clinical trial within the last 30 days Presence of uncontrolled medical conditions that could affect safety
