Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Women undergoing IVF between 35 and 40 years of age at IVF cycle start
  • Use of Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) or traditional IVF
  • Use of ejaculated or testicular sperm
  • Use of autologous or donor sperm
  • All Controlled Ovarian Hyperstimulation (COH) protocols
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Use of donor oocytes
  • Use of gestational carrier
  • Recurrent Pregnancy Loss defined as 3 or more consecutive miscarriages
  • Recurrent Implantation Failure defined as 3 or more failed embryo transfers
  • Preimplantation genetic testing for monogenic/single gene disorders (PGT-M)
  • Being a translocation carrier
