Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 65 and above
- Newly diagnosed early or locally advanced cancer
- Planned for treatment with high dose radiotherapy (curative or palliative) and/or curative chemotherapy
You will not qualify if you...
- Seen in Geriatric or Palliative Medicine Clinic in prior 6 months
