Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Ability of participant or legally authorized representative to understand the study and provide signed informed consent
- Diagnosis of Subjective Cognitive Decline, Mild Cognitive Impairment, or early dementia of various causes with relevant biomarker data
- At least 18 years of age
- For family members: at least 18 years old, patient included in registry, family member closely involved in patient's life, and able to provide informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Unwillingness to provide informed consent
- Lack of available biomarker data such as cerebrospinal fluid amyloid beta or tau imaging
- Family members unable or unwilling to provide informed consent
