Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Aged 18-40 years
- Pre-pregnancy BMI between 18.5 and 28 kg/m²
- Able to read, understand, and sign the informed consent form
- Receiving prenatal care and planning to deliver in the study hospital
You will not qualify if you...
- Twin or multiple pregnancies
- Pre-gestational diabetes mellitus (PGDM), including new-onset diabetes during pregnancy
- Poorly controlled pre-pregnancy chronic hypertension (blood pressure ≥140/90 mmHg)
- Severe liver or kidney diseases
- Current or recent use of drugs affecting glucose metabolism
- Mental illness or severe psychological disorders
- Severe infection
- Poor compliance or refusal to use continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) or self-monitoring of blood glucose (SMBG)
