Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 2-18 years with a recent diagnosis of celiac disease
You will not qualify if you...
- Allergy to fewer than three of the top 8 food allergens
- Co-existing medical conditions treated with diet changes or affecting nail arsenic levels
