Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients must have persistent low back pain of at least 1 month's duration.
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
You will not qualify if you...
- Currently participating in a supervised exercise or rehabilitation program or enrolled in another interventional clinical trial.
- Patients with nerve root involvement, suspected serious pathology, unstable trauma to the spine, pregnancy, or other conditions preventing participation or trial completion.
- Persons with conditions requiring specialist consultation, suspected need for specialist consult, or conditions that could worsen with the study interventions.
