Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Professional Egyptian volleyball athlete playing in selected clubs in Alexandria or Cairo
  • Elite male or female volleyball players with BMI between 18.5 to 24.9 kg/m²
  • Aged between 14 and 30 years old
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • History of shoulder surgery or injury such as rotator cuff tear or labrum tear
  • History of injuries or surgeries in other upper limb joints (elbow, forearm, wrist, hand)
  • History of inflammatory joint disease or neurological disorders affecting shoulder range of motion
  • Taking medications that affect shoulder range of motion or pain
  • Currently inactive at professional level due to multiple injuries
  • Diagnosed with kyphosis, scoliosis in shoulder or thoracic regions, or other anatomical anomalies
  • Experienced shoulder pain accompanied by stomach discomfort
