The goal of this study is to gain a better understanding of why some individuals who have suffered a stroke experience post-stroke cognitive decline. - Acute ischemic stroke demonstrated on an MRI scan that includes perfusion imaging with an exogenous contrast agent

- Inability to perform telephone-based cognitive assessments
