Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- 6 to 25 years old
- Confirmed diagnosis of cystic fibrosis based on sweat chloride test and/or two known disease-causing CF mutations
- Access to a smart phone and/or internet connection with ability to complete remote telehealth visits
You will not qualify if you...
- Known type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes, or monogenic diabetes
- Critically ill requiring admission to the intensive care unit (ICU)
- Pregnancy
