Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Type 1 diabetes
  • Age 18 years or older
  • Diabetes duration of at least 3 years
  • Regularly driving as a non-professional driver
  • For study group: treated with MiniMed 780 G insulin pump with closed-loop setting for at least 6 months
  • For control group: treated with multiple daily insulin injections and using continuous glucose monitoring for at least 6 months
  • Willing to complete study questionnaires
  • Signed informed consent form

You will not qualify if you...

  • Professional drivers
  • Pregnancy
  • Unable to attend follow-up visit
  • Unable to complete study questionnaires
  • Participation in another clinical study within the last 3 months
