You may qualify if you...
- Adults aged 19 years or older
- Inadequate glycemic control despite treatment with Metformin at 1000 mg/day or more and SGLT-2 inhibitor
You will not qualify if you...
- History of acute or chronic metabolic acidosis
- Moderate to severe renal impairment with eGFR less than 45 mL/min/1.73m²
- Severe hepatic impairment
- History of heart failure classified as NYHA Class III or IV
