To evaluate the effect of graded exposure and mindfulness meditation after ACLR, the investigators will determine the effect of graded exposure and mindfulness meditation to 1) decrease self-reported injury-related fear and reinjury anxiety, and 2) improve lower extremity reaction time when compared to a waitlist control group.

Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Ages 14-35 years
- Self-reported fear levels on the Tampa Scale of Kinesiophobia-11 and the Photographic Series of Sports Activities for ACLR
- Knee injury occurred during sports play or training (recreational or organized)
- History of unilateral ACL reconstruction
- Between 6 months and 10 years post-ACLR
You will not qualify if you...
- History of a second ACL injury
- Do not have elevated injury-related fear
- Had additional surgeries at the time of ACL reconstruction
