After an acute cardiac event, prevention of new cardiac events is essential and reduces suffering. Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients with coronary heart disease two months after percutaneous coronary intervention
- Age between 18 and 100 years
- Receiving treatment in a healthcare unit using digital care pathways for coronary patients
You will not qualify if you...
- No diagnosis of coronary artery disease
- History of heart operations other than percutaneous coronary intervention
