After an acute cardiac event, prevention of new cardiac events is essential and reduces suffering. You may qualify if you...

  • Patients with coronary heart disease two months after percutaneous coronary intervention
  • Age between 18 and 100 years
  • Receiving treatment in a healthcare unit using digital care pathways for coronary patients
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • No diagnosis of coronary artery disease
  • History of heart operations other than percutaneous coronary intervention
