Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 18 years or older at time of consent
- ECOG performance status of 0, 1, or 2
- Histologic diagnosis of prostate cancer
- Suitable for radical prostatectomy as determined by surgical team
- Able to provide written informed consent and HIPAA authorization
- Willing to use barrier contraceptive method during study intervention
You will not qualify if you...
- Any prior or concurrent malignancy that could interfere with safety or efficacy assessment
- Previous chemotherapy, biological therapy, radiation, androgens, thalidomide, immunotherapy, other anticancer or investigational agents within 30 days before study treatment
- Use of potent or moderate inhibitors or inducers of CYP3A4 within a 1 week wash-out period
- Use of medications known to prolong QT interval or history of Torsades de Pointes, including patients with sub-optimally controlled hypertension, low potassium or magnesium levels, prolonged gastrointestinal transit time, or decreased 11-beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase-2 activity
