Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- At least 18 years old
- Hospital admission for Type I myocardial infarction
You will not qualify if you...
- LDL cholesterol less than 1.4 mmol/L at baseline
- Unable to provide contact details of primary care physician or general practitioner
- Unable to provide written informed consent
- Unlikely to survive more than 12 months
