- Diagnosis of Hairy Cell Leukemia according to WHO2022 criteria
- Age 18 years or older
- Signed informed consent
- For healthy donors: age 18 years or older
- For healthy donors: generally in good health and free from any disease or serious illness
- For healthy donors: signed informed consent
