Researchers are studying individuals in the United States who experience symptoms related to sinus, vestibular balance, auditory hearing, and headache conditions, including migraine. The goal is to better understand these symptoms, especially atypical migraine presentations, and improve diagnosis and treatment. This observational registry collects data over time because current knowledge gaps and small single-center studies limit understanding of the wide range of symptoms and treatment effects. Participants use an online portal to answer questions about their symptoms, their impact on daily life, and treatments they have tried. The study gathers both patient-reported information and medical records, with updates collected annually for up to 10 years. This approach helps track how symptoms develop, change, and resolve, focusing on vestibular and sinus symptoms in relation to migraines. Participants complete a baseline questionnaire and yearly follow-up questionnaires to provide ongoing data. Researchers measure the natural history of atypical migraine symptoms and treatment effectiveness using patient reports on a 4-point scale. The registry supports observational studies, helps identify patients for clinical trials, and provides a platform for monitoring approved therapies. Participation is voluntary, confidential, free, and open to U.S. adults experiencing these symptoms.
