Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age over 18 years
- Body mass index (BMI) 25 kg/m² or higher
- Ability to use a computer and/or smartphone with internet access
- Willingness to participate in the digital treatment program
You will not qualify if you...
- Diagnosed severe illness that requires assessment at a specialized obesity care center
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
