Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • EILO with CLE score at peak exercise of 2 or higher at glottic or supraglottic level
  • Respiratory complaints severe enough that the patient wants further treatment and follow-up
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Breathing problems caused by disorders other than EILO or well-controlled asthma
  • Unable to perform repeated maximal cardiopulmonary treadmill exercise tests or repeated CLE tests, or unable to perform other required examinations
  • Abnormal anatomy at rest in the laryngeal or upper airway area
  • Age below 12 years
