Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Able to understand the study and voluntarily sign the informed consent form (ICF)
- Male or female, aged 18 years or older
- Histologically confirmed unresectable, advanced, or metastatic solid tumor
- At least one measurable lesion per RECIST v1.1 criteria
- Life expectancy of at least 12 weeks
- Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status of 0 or 1
You will not qualify if you...
- Diagnosed with type 1 diabetes mellitus or uncontrolled type 2 diabetes mellitus
- Use of strong CYP3A4 inhibitors, or inhibitors of P-glycoprotein (P-gp) and breast cancer resistance protein (BCRP) within 5 elimination half-lives or 2 weeks before first dose
- Major surgery within 28 days prior to first dose
- Active infection requiring systemic treatment
- Received a live vaccine within 3 months before enrollment
- History of inflammatory gastrointestinal diseases
- Known allergy to any component of HMPL-A580
- Pregnant or breastfeeding
