Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Age 50 years or older
  • Radicular claudication diagnosed by a physician, defined as walking-induced low back, buttock, and/or leg pain relieved by sitting or lumbar flexion positions
  • MRI or CT scan findings consistent with lumbar spinal stenosis confirmed by a radiology report from a certified radiologist or radiology resident
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Unable to speak or read French
  • Unable or unwilling to perform cycling at home using an ergometric bicycle
  • Already have an ergometric bicycle at home
  • History of lumbar spine surgery within the past 12 months
  • Cognitive disorders
  • Severe neurological or vascular disorders affecting the lower limbs
  • Medical contraindication to rehabilitation program
  • Under legal tutorship or curatorship
  • Considered a protected adult
