Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Clinical diagnosis of C3 glomerulopathy (C3G), regardless of symptoms, treatment, or transplant history
- Adult aged 18 or older, or adult caregiver to an adult patient aged 18 or older
- Adult caregiver to a pediatric patient under 18 years of age
- Able to provide informed consent
- Access to technology such as a mobile phone or tablet to participate in the app-based study
- Based in the United States with proficient understanding and ability to read English

- Participants who do not meet all of the above inclusion criteria are not eligible
- No other exclusion criteria apply; treatment regimen or prescription use does not exclude participation
