The purpose of this study is to compare the live birth rates of high concentration of Hyaluronic Acid (0.5 mg/ml) transfer medium (EmbryoGlue®) to those containing low Hyaluronic Acid concentrations (0.125 mg/ml) (G2 medium) in women undergoing single fresh and frozen blastocyst transfer.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • All cycles with single blastocyst transfer are eligible
  • Both fresh and frozen embryo transfer cycles using own eggs (autologous oocytes) are included
  • No age limits apply to participants
  • Signed informed consent is required
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Presence of uterine anatomical abnormalities
  • Untreated hydrosalpinx (fluid in fallopian tubes)
  • Participation in multiple cycles; only the first cycle is included
