The purpose of this study is to compare the live birth rates of high concentration of Hyaluronic Acid (0.5 mg/ml) transfer medium (EmbryoGlue®) to those containing low Hyaluronic Acid concentrations (0.125 mg/ml) (G2 medium) in women undergoing single fresh and frozen blastocyst transfer.

Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- All cycles with single blastocyst transfer are eligible
- Both fresh and frozen embryo transfer cycles using own eggs (autologous oocytes) are included
- No age limits apply to participants
- Signed informed consent is required
You will not qualify if you...
- Presence of uterine anatomical abnormalities
- Untreated hydrosalpinx (fluid in fallopian tubes)
- Participation in multiple cycles; only the first cycle is included
