Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Elderly patients diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS)
- Age over 60 years
- General condition with ECOG score less than 1
- Normal heart, liver, and kidney function with serum bilirubin 64 35 umol/L and serum creatinine 64 150 umol/L
- Patients unsuitable or unwilling to undergo hematopoietic stem cell transplantation
- Signed informed consent from the participant
You will not qualify if you...
- Presence of serious uncontrolled infection before treatment
- Contraindications to the use of decitabine and azacytidine
- Any other conditions that do not meet the admission criteria
