Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Elderly patients diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS)
  • Age over 60 years
  • General condition with ECOG score less than 1
  • Normal heart, liver, and kidney function with serum bilirubin 64 35 umol/L and serum creatinine 64 150 umol/L
  • Patients unsuitable or unwilling to undergo hematopoietic stem cell transplantation
  • Signed informed consent from the participant

You will not qualify if you...

  • Presence of serious uncontrolled infection before treatment
  • Contraindications to the use of decitabine and azacytidine
  • Any other conditions that do not meet the admission criteria
