ICP-332 in Subjects With Moderate to Severe Atopic Dermatitis
Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Male or female subjects between 18 and 75 years of age
- Clinical diagnosis of chronic atopic dermatitis for at least 1 year
- Documented recent inadequate response to topical corticosteroids or calcineurin inhibitors, or topical treatments medically inadvisable
- Eczema Area and Severity Index (EASI) score of 16 or higher
- Body Surface Area affected by atopic dermatitis 10% or more
- Investigator's Global Assessment-AD score of 3 or higher
- Baseline weekly average of daily Worst Pruritus Numeric Rating Scale 4 or higher
- Women of childbearing potential and men must agree to use contraception
- Willing and able to comply with scheduled visits, treatment plan, laboratory tests, and study procedures
You will not qualify if you...
- Lack of response or inadequate response to prior treatment with any JAK inhibitor for atopic dermatitis
- Other active skin diseases or infections requiring systemic treatment or interfering with assessment of atopic dermatitis
- Pregnant or breastfeeding females
- History of any clinically major diseases except atopic dermatitis
- Investigator considers subject unsuitable to receive ICP-332 or participate in the study for any reason
