This is a multi-arm prospective trial that evaluates the ability of a novel imaging radiolabeled agents to detect metastatic cancer in participants with solid tumors using a gallium 68 (68Ga-) or copper 64 (64Cu-) FAP-2286 tracer. FAP-2286 is a peptidomimetic molecule that that binds to Fibroblast Activation Protein (FAP). FAP is a transmembrane protein expressed on cancer-associated fibroblasts, and has been shown to be present on a number of solid tumors.

Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 18 years or older
- Histopathologically confirmed solid tumors in specified cohorts
- Cohort 1: Tumor type agnostic, measurable disease not required
- Cohort 2: Metastatic disease present with measurable disease or multiple bone metastases, with specific cancer types including breast, pancreas, sarcoma, prostate, bladder, colon, or other confirmed cancers
- Cohort 3: No evidence of metastatic disease, eligible for imaging at initial staging or after definitive therapy with high risk of recurrence, including head and neck or bladder cancer
- Ability to understand and sign informed consent

- Unlikely to comply with study procedures or judged unsuitable by investigator
- Known pregnancy
